MINI FACIAL

We recommend using the mini facial in the evenings when other products such as makeup or sunscreen need to be used.  This allows time for redness to relax and the treatments to absorb without further manipulation.

REDNESS CAN OCCUR; REMAINING FOR SEVERAL HOURS SLOWLY SUBSIDING. BLUSHING TO EXTREMELY RED SKIN IS NORMAL.    

The mini facial in mild cases is effective when used 2 to 3 times a month.   Too many facials and over working your skin is likely to stall your progress.  

1. Remove Makeup. 
2. Open the Pores..Heat a towel with warm and gently hold on your face until the towel loses heat.  Repeat several times if not uncomfortable from the heat. We are working to achieve warm soft skin with open pores ready to be cleaned. 
3. Exfoliate. Use a pea sized or close thereto and with your fingers or makeup pad begin working slowly in a circular motion until your entire face and area to be treated is exfoliated.  Leave on between 60 and 90 seconds after the entire area is finished.   Rinse again using warm water and pat dry. 
4. First Creme Application. Reheat or warm face one more time then use a liberal amount of control creme to cover clean areas.  Massage in gentle circles until entire area is treated. 
5. Mask. Using Clay or Gel Masque; spread evenly across entire desired treated area.  A thick layer is not necessary: a complete layer is.   With Gel Mask wait 60 seconds after first application and reapply.  It is better to apply mask in full strokes instead of circular motions.   LET DRY FOR 20 to 30 minutes; LONGER IS NOT NECESSARY EVEN IF MASK IS NOT DRY. Rinse with warm water. Easiest to remove clay by rehydrating mask with a warm wet towel then rinsing. RINSE THOROUGHLY.  
6. Cleanse. Time to clean again with a gentle cleanser.  Again using a circular motion to cleanse face; leave on for 60 seconds and rinse thoroughly.  Pat Dry. 
7. Serum. Warm face one more time.  Now the best part, take the serum application provided and massage evenly into treated area.  Be liberal and be gentle in circular motions.  Try to allow an hour for absorption if makeup or sunscreen is needed.
