U.S Shipping Rates
Standard United States shipping rates are set by the United States Postal Service. If you prefer, or if your location necessitates the use of a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL; the rate will be manually charged. In addition, please allow an extra 48 hours to ship as these carriers are not regularly scheduled to pick up at our facility.
Express & Priority Mail shipping rates are set by the United States Postal Service.
Estimated Delivery Times
Arrives in 3-5 business days (including Saturday) once scanned by USPS. Once it leaves our facility and is in the possession of the USPS, our capabilities to track a package are the same as the customer with the same tracking number in the USPS system. Once the package is scanned by the USPS, it is in their possession. Thus, we are not responsible for slow or misdirected packages.
Express & Priority Mail:
Arrives in 1-2 business days once scanned by the USPS.
Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.
Package updates, confirmations, and notifications are automatically sent to the email provided. This included tracking number can be used by the customer by visiting the USPS website, locate the package, and expected delivery date.

We ship to all countries that work in conjunction with USPS.

ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES THE UNITED STATES AND IS IN POSSESSION OF A FOREIGN POSTAL SERVICE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES OR DELAYED SERVICE. ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES THAT ARE SENT BACK DUE TO "NO SHOW" OR "PACKAGES NOT CLAIMED" ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUND. PLEASE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR POSTAL SERVICE AND APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

Return Policy is the same as International Shipments - all countries.
If your package shows delivered or attempted delivery, shipping is not eligible for refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including purchases and returns. This includes re-shipments.

Refund Process and Time-frame
From the date of delivery confirmation to our facility, please allow 5 business days to process the return.
IMPORTANT: PayPal refunds are deposited direct and show up immediately. Credit Cards can take up to 7 days and each bank handles them differently. However, 3 days seems to be the average.
