U.S Shipping Rates
Standard United States shipping rates are dictated by the United States Postal Service. If you desire or if your location necessitates the use of a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL; the rate will be manually charged and allow an extra 48 hours to ship. These carriers are not regularly scheduled pickups at our facility.
Express & Priority Mail shipping rates are dictated by the United States Postal Service.
Estimated Delivery Times
Arrives in 3-5 business days (including Saturday) once scanned by USPS. Once it leaves our facility and is in the possession of the USPS our capabilities to track a package is the same as the customer and USPS. We all look at the same tracking number in the same system. We do not hold ourselves responsible for slow or misdirected packages which result in delays. We wish we could, but we have zero control once its scanned!
Express & Priority Mail:
Arrives in 1-2 business days once scanned by the post office.
Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.
Package updates and notifications are automatically sent to the email provided with your purchase and this tracking number can be used by the customer at any point to log into the USPS website and find the package and expected delivery date.

ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES THE UNITED STATES AND IS IN POSSESSION OF A FOREIGN POSTAL SERVICE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES OR EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES THAT ARE SENT BACK DUE TO "NO SHOW" OR "PACKAGES NOT CLAIMED" ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUND. KNOW YOUR POSTAL SERVICE AND APPROXIMATE TIMES. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NEVER REFUNDED. PRODUCTS ARE REFUNDED ONLY WHEN PERMISSION TO RETURN IS GRANTED. AGAIN, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NEVER ELIGIBLE.

If your packaged shows delivered or attempted delivery then shipping is not eligible for refund. Re-shipments are charged an normal USPS rates.

Foundations are eligible for exchange with 5 business days of delivery confirmation. We know that the foundation must be just right and that is why RSC has a generous sampler offering of all foundations types: Concealer, Creme, Powders, and Blenders. PLEASE MATCH YOUR SHADE FIRST. BLUSHES, BRONZERS, EYE LINERS, LIP COLORS, AND GLOSSES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No color shows perfectly through every browser so we cant assume responsibility for these colors. We do absolutely all we can to show the best possible color match to the original.
Refund Process and Time-frame
RSC RETURNS allows 5 days from the date of delivery confirmation to our facility to process a return. Please follow up if you believe the process is not completed.
IMPORTANT: PayPal refunds are deposited direct and show up immediately. Credit Cards can take up to 7 days and each bank handles them differently. However, 3 days seems to be the average.
