Standard United States shipping rates are set by the United States Postal Service

United States: USPS First Class (3-5 Days) & Priority Mail (1-2 Days). Rates are determined by USPS' calculation of total weight.
World Wide: USPS First Class (7-21 Days depending on location) & Priority Mail (5-10 Days depending on location) International rates are determined by USPS' calculation of total weight. DHL is also offered with similar, sometimes better shipping times. Customs fee varies depending on order.
Australia: DHL Express is the only reliable & affordable. option.
Once it leaves our facility and is in the possession of the USPS, our capabilities to track a package are the same as the customer with the same tracking number in the USPS system. Once the package is scanned by the USPS, it is in their possession. Thus, we are not responsible for slow or misdirected packages.
Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.
Package updates, confirmations, and notifications are automatically sent to the email provided. This included tracking number can be used by the customer by visiting the USPS website, locate the package, and expected delivery date.

ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES THAT ARE SENT BACK DUE TO "INCORRECT ADDRESS" OR "PACKAGE NOT CLAIMED" ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUND. PLEASE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR POSTAL SERVICE AND APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES.

Refund Process and Time-frame
From the date of delivery confirmation to our facility, please allow 5 business days to process the return.
IMPORTANT: PayPal refunds are deposited direct and show up immediately. Credit Cards and Debit Cards can take up to 7 days and each bank handles them differently. However, 3 days seems to be the average.
