We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to all 50 states, US territories, and its bases. Rates are determined by USPS' calculation of total weight at checkout.

We can ship via USPS or DHL Express for international shipments. If you have different preferred method of delivery, please reach out to us via email. International rates are determined by calculation of total weight. Customs fee varies depending on order & is handled by the customer.

ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES THE UNITED STATES AND IS IN POSSESSION OF A FOREIGN POSTAL SERVICE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES OR DELAYED SERVICE. ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES THAT ARE SENT BACK DUE TO "INCORRECT ADDRESS" OR "PACKAGE NOT CLAIMED" ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUND. PLEASE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR POSTAL SERVICE AND APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT  ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
PRODUCTS ARE REFUNDED ONLY WHEN PERMISSION TO RETURN IS GRANTED.

Package Updates

Package updates are automatically sent to the email provided. This includes the tracking number.

Once it leaves our facility and is in the possession of the package carrier, our capabilities to track a package are the same as the customer. Once the package is scanned, it is in their possession. Thus, we aren't responsible for slow or misdirected packages.

Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.

Return Policy

Samplers can be exchanged or refunded due to damage product, wrong product received, or if the product was not opened. 

Skincare

Skincare products are eligible for refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery confirmation.*
RSC strongly encourages trying samplers for your convenience and testing before purchasing skincare products.

Makeup

Makeup is eligible for refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery confirmation. We understand that the foundation must be just right and that is why RSC has a generous sampler offering of all foundations types: Concealers, BB Cremes, Powders.

Color cosmetics (Blushes, Eyeliners, Lip Sticks, Lip Glosses, Bronzers, and Mascaras are eligible for exchange or refund for 30days after delivery.

Limited Edition & Special Order Items include but are not limited to: Gift sets, product sets, limited edition products, & limited quantity specials. These are not refundable.

Refund Process and Time-frame

From the date of delivery confirmation to our facility, please allow 5 business days to process the return.
IMPORTANT: PayPal refunds are deposited direct and show up immediately. Credit Cards and Debit Cards can take up to 7 days and each bank handles them differently. However, 3 days seems to be the average.
Please follow up if you believe the return process has not been completed. 

If your package shows delivered or attempted delivery, shipping is not eligible for refund for missing order.*

*Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
