We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to all 50 states, US territories, and its bases. Rates are determined by USPS' calculation of total weight at checkout.

We can ship via USPS or DHL Express for international shipments. If you have different preferred method of delivery, please reach out to us via email. International rates are determined by calculation of total weight. Customs fee varies depending on order & is handled by the customer.

ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES THAT ARE SENT BACK DUE TO "INCORRECT ADDRESS" OR "PACKAGE NOT CLAIMED" ARE NOT SUBJECT TO REFUND. PLEASE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR POSTAL SERVICE AND APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES.

Package Updates
Package updates are automatically sent to the email provided. This includes the tracking number.
Once it leaves our facility and is in the possession of the package carrier, our capabilities to track a package are the same as the customer. Once the package is scanned, it is in their possession. Thus, we aren't responsible for slow or misdirected packages.
Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.
