1. Rinse skin with lukewarm water.
2. Apply a quarter-sized amount to skin.
3. Gently massage in circular motions, avoiding harsh scrubbing.
4. Allow the cleanser to remain on skin for about 45 seconds.
5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Avoid hot water.
6. Gently pat skin dry.

Use 1–2 times weekly. Do not over-exfoliate, especially on highly dry, irritated, or compromised skin.
